These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products on lucennebeauty.com, owned by Armand Franco Maldonado (see Legal Notice for further identifying details). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Products and prices

Prices shown on the website include applicable VAT where relevant. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice, without this affecting orders already confirmed.

Purchase process

To complete an order, you must follow the process indicated on the website and provide correct contact and shipping details. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout, processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without needing to justify it — at Lucenne we extend this period to 15 days. See the full procedure in our Refund Policy.

Legal warranty

All our products carry the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided for under consumer protection regulations applicable in Spain and the EU, covering manufacturing defects not caused by misuse.

Liability

Lucenne is not liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure. The products sold are cosmetic/aesthetic devices for home use and do not replace professional medical or dermatological treatment; if you have any significant skin condition, consult a specialist before using them.

Intellectual property

All content on the website is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Its use without authorisation is prohibited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile, both parties submit to the courts that correspond under applicable consumer protection regulations. You may also access the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms; the applicable version will be the one in force at the time you place your order.
