Shipping policy

We ship to Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for Spain, and up to 15 business days for other destinations, from order confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number to check its status at any time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and clearly shown before you complete your purchase, based on the destination.

Customs and import duties

For shipments outside the European Union (for example, to the United Kingdom or the United States), or in certain cases depending on stock origin, the order may be subject to tariffs, import taxes or additional customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility and are charged, if applicable, at the time of delivery according to each country's regulations.

Lost or damaged orders in transit

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, contact us at hola@lucennebeauty.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
