At Lucenne we don't sell standalone gadgets: we carefully select each device in the ritual so they work well together, and we only include what we'd use in our own routine. We believe skincare shouldn't require a clinic or a huge budget — just consistency and the right tools.

That's why each pack is designed as a 4-step system, not a list of separate products: steam to open pores, gentle suction to cleanse, LED light to tone, and a cooling massage to finish. Each step preps the next.

No. It has several suction levels: start with the gentlest and increase only if you need to.
Does it work for all skin types?
Yes. All 4 devices have adjustable intensity, so you can start gently if you have sensitive skin and increase it over time.
Can I return it if it's not for me?
Yes, you have 15 days from delivery to return it. Write to us and we'll guide you through the process, no small print.
How long do orders take to arrive?
We'll send you the tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse, so you can follow every step until it reaches your door. Shipping is free from €70, and it usually takes 5 to 7 business days within Spain, and up to 15 business days for other destinations.
